Finally some new Shia! Although it does look like this was worth the wait cause he looks so delicious,and hello bonus good ol' "Brand" (Josh Brolin) shares the screen with him. Just please ignore the girl in the film that he is now actually dating GAG. Oh I guess I have to give her credit since she's gotten so much award recognition this year for her role in "An Education." But hey still doesn't mean I have to like her.

I felt like it was the end of the world...

Last night I picked up the movie "2012," I usually enjoy these types of movies just for the special effects alone. Lord let me tell you at a running time of 158 minutes (2.6 hours) I felt like it was the end of the world. This movie would just not end, sometimes I can tolerate long movies if they are good and keep you invested. This just made me at times wish they would get swallowed up by the earth, or get hit by a lava cloud... I was actually rooting for them to die because guess what than it would at least be over.The acting was average and the effects I felt like they weren't even that great either. Ooo John Cusack please go back to romantic comedies, and Woody Harrelson just needs to stay out of the woods.

The OG Jack Skellington?

I recently rented the old Disney movie "Return to Oz" from back in good ol' 1985. I use to love this movie as a kid and would often pretend to be the adorable Fairuza Balk in this movie (yup the same old Fairuza Balk in "The Craft") How I wished, wait I still wish that there were those magical trees that had lunch pals hanging from the branches like fruit! Those could really help society, think about it... no one would ever go hungry! While watching the movie I was reminded of goofy but lovable "Jack Pumpkin Head" and he instantly reminded me of Tim Burton's Jack Skellington... odd coincidence? You should rent the movie and see what you think.
